The Moebius Syndrome is a rare disorder of which the main factor is the permanent paralysis of the face caused by a reduced or missing formation of the cranial nerves VI and VII. People affected by Moebius Syndrome cant smile, make expressions, and often cant blink or move their eyes side to side.
